Autograph letters signed from George Outram, Glasgow, to various recipients [manuscript], 1849 November-December.

Recipients: Robert Bell and "My dear sir" (likely John Wilson). Three detailed letters on Othello, all chiefly concerned with the time in Cyprus between Cassio's dismissal from office and the end of the third act, with significant treatment of the characters of Othello, Desdemona, Cassio, Iago, et al. All written from Newton Place. (1) is incomplete.
